What does TWOACT do?
When a person is seeking professional help to deal with sleep problems, each therapy session starts with a personal assessment interview. This is where your life and behaviours will be mapped and its done to help identify whether theres an underlying reason for you starting to experience sleep disorders. You and your therapist will look at the various parts together to see which are affecting your sleep negatively and how you deal with this issue.
TWOACT will help you with the initial assessment and its a tool based on CBT, which actively helps you work towards better health and sleep. With this application youll be given lots of hints, tips, explanations and understanding of why many of us have periods of poor sleep. You can use the different functions whenever it suits you and it is entirely discreet without anyone else having access to information.
TWOACT helps you to quickly & easily highlight how you perceive the situation youre in. By increasing your awareness of what could be disturbing your sleep you can start working towards a change.
